Biography
★Senior Chief Logistics Specialist Dalyn P. Padilla was born and raised in Raton, New Mexico.
She enlisted in the United States Navy Reserve on October 31, 2002, in the Advanced Pay Grade Program as a Third-Class Petty Officer Postal Clerk.
Throughout her distinguished career, she served with MSRON 3; Operational Health Support Unit Dallas Det Alpha; NAVELSG DET Juliet; FIFTH FLEET COMUSNAVCENT; NAVCENT Mobile Ashore Support Team B; and Military Sealift Command Combat Logistics Forces Logistics Support Unit 1 & 2.
She earned the Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist and Information Dominance Warfare designations, Tactical Combat Casualty Care certification and NEC 9502 instructor credentials, and served as Senior Enlisted Leader.
She was promoted to Chief Petty Officer in 2016 and to Senior Chief Petty Officer Logistics Specialist in 2021.
Senior Chief Padilla lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico with her daughter, Elizabeth. In her civilian career, she has served as a Rural Mail Carrier for the United States Postal Service for 29 years.
